COLUMN
In more than 30 years CCM collected successfully experience in the Design, Fabrication and Testing of Columns. We can easily manage from the simplest to the most demanding configurations: internal trays and chimney tray, fixed or removable grids and supports, internal and external coils, special fluids distributor, integrally forged parts (e.g. nozzle, head-to-skirt junction), internal pipes, complete or partial lining by weld overlay or cladding etc…
Material of construction may be: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Carbon Steel (1¼Cr ½Mo, 2¼Cr 1Mo), Duplex, SuperDuplex, Cladded and Weld Overlayed Steel, Nickel Alloys (625, 825), etc.
The production capability is limited by ID< 3.5 m, length up to 40 m and mass below 60 ton.
